In the event that your inquiry results in the conclusion of a contract, your personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years from the date of transfer of ownership of the premises, in connection with securing the Controller against potential claims, which constitutes the legitimate interest of the Controller within the meaning of Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR.

  • access to the content of your data – by exercising this right you have the opportunity to obtain information on what data, how and for what purpose is processed,
  • the right to rectify them – by exercising this right you can report to us the need to correct incorrect data or supplement data resulting from an error in collecting or processing data,
  • the right to delete – exercising this right, you can submit a request to delete your data. If the request is justified, the data will be deleted immediately.
  • the right to restrict processing – by exercising this right you can submit a request to restrict the processing of data if you question the accuracy of the data being processed.
  • the right to transfer data – applies only in cases where the data is processed on the basis of consent and in an automated manner,
  • the right to object – by exercising this right, you may object at any time to the processing of your data if it is processed on the basis of Article 6 section 1 letter e or f (legitimate interest or public interest),
  • the right to withdraw consent to their processing – at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, if the processing was carried out on the basis of consent expressed before its withdrawal.
